Starting November 1st Liz will be teaching the Ashtanga Primary Series. It is recommended but not necessary to have practiced yoga for at least 6 months. This class will help you become strong, boost your immune system and humble the ego and mind in meditation through a dynamic flow of 26 challenging postures and vinyasa transitions traditionally practiced by Pattabi Jois and T.K Krisnamacharya.
