Amy will be teaching a new Gentle Restorative class Wednesday mornings from 10-11am. This class is ideal for those who want to gain more flexibility, balance and strength in subtle, gentle ways and to focus on relaxing and restoring vital energy (prana) through the mind and body. Seniors and others with injuries and those want to compliment other classes will find this class a great way to align and center in a low impact way.
Class will start November 7th and run every Wednesday 10-11AM.
